DUDLEY -- Thelma Emaline Kiyoshk, 85, passed away Saturday at Kitty Askins Hospice Center.
A service to celebrate her life will be held today at noon at the Cliffs of the Neuse.
She was born Oct. 7, 1926, to the late Archabald and Artinza Sands Kiyoshk.
Miss Kiyoshk is survived by a daughter, Torey R. Romero, of Dudley; one brother, Martin Kiyoshk, of Mount Olive; three grandchildren, Brett, Jon and Seann Romero; and two great-grandchildren, Gabriel and Taylor.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Helen Smith.
