ADDISON HOPE CASEY

Addison Hope Casey passed away Friday at the Vidant Medical Center in Greenville.
A graveside service will be held Tuesday, March 6, at Willowdale Cemetery, with Dr. Glenn Phillips, the Rev. Vernon Capps and the Rev. Scott Thrailkill officiating. Family members will greet friends Monday from 7 until 9 p.m. at Shumate-Faulk Funeral Home and at other times will be at the home of her grandparents, Jeff and Gayle Davis, 104 Trollingwood Drive, and Brett and Kelly Smith, 1056 Selah Church Road.
Born in Wayne County, she was the 3-month-old daughter of Kyle and Samantha Casey of the Grantham Community.
In addition to her parents, Addison is survived by her sister, Kylie Grace Casey, of Goldsboro; paternal grandparents, Brett and Kelly Smith of the Grantham Community, Mark A. Berg of Sherman, Texas; paternal great-grandparents, Cecil and Janice Casey of Pikeville, James and Leann Casey of Lucama, Debbie and Mark Berg of Sherman, Texas; maternal grandparents, Jeff and Gayle Davis of Goldsboro; maternal great-grandparents, Linda Woodard of Coushatta, La.; Cliff Davis of Arizona; and numerous aunts and uncles.
