PIKEVILLE -- Joseph Louis Tapp, 84, of Big Daddy's Road died Friday at Kitty Askins Hospice Center.
Funeral will be 3 p.m. today at the chapel of Shackleford-Howell Funeral Home in Fremont. The family will receive friends following the service.
He was born to the late Ralph Benjamin and Ollie Freeze Tapp. He was preceded in death by his wife, Helen Owens Tapp.
He is survived by six children.
