SMITHFIELD -- Ruth Massey Jones, 56, 120 Red Oak Drive, died Monday at Johnston Medical Center.
Funeral will be tonight at 7 p.m. at Casey Funeral Home chapel, with Chris Barnes officiating. Burial will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Mama's Place Cemetery in Four Oaks.
Born June 13, 1954, in Wayne County, she was the daughter of the late Needham Gray and Mavis Wood Massey. She was married to John Collier Jones.
She is survived by a son, a daughter and a stepson.
The family will receive friends tonight beginning at 6 at Casey Funeral Home chapel.
