KENNETH OTIS WAYNE BURNETTE
GREENVILLE, S.C. -- Kenneth Otis Wayne Burnette, 70, joins his wife, Athanasia Burnette, in eternal rest.
Kenneth was the son of the late Millie Kennedy and Otis Burnette, and brother to the late Leonard H. Burnette, and is survived by his sister, Dorothy J. Poss and her husband, Carl.
Kenneth was retired from the United States Air Force, and retired Civil Service.
He was a member of St. George Greek Orthodox Cathedral.
Kenneth was greatly loved, and will be missed deeply by his sister, his niece, Sharon Batten, and all her family, as well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held Monday, Feb. 7, 2011, from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at Thomas McAfee Funeral Home Downtown.
The funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 8, 2011, at St. Georges Greek Orthodox Cathedral. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park.
