FAISON -- William E. Cofield, 64, 785 Brewer Road, died Saturday at Sampson Regional Medical Center.
Funeral will be Friday at 1 p.m. at Popular Grove Missionary Baptist Church, with pastor Willie Alford, officiating. Burial will be in Hill Cemetery.
Born in Wake County, he was the son of the late William B. and Pauline Arnold Cofield. He was married to Jeanette Cofield.
He is survived by four children.
Visitation will be Thursday from 3 to 6 p.m. at Garris Funeral Home chapel.
