ERNESTINE "TINA" WOOTEN

KINSTON -- Ernestine "Tina" Wooten passed away Friday, Oct. 22, 2010, at 4 a.m.
She was born Ernestine Dupree April 19,1939, in Wilson in Wilson County, N.C., the oldest of two daughters.
Ernestine was preceded in death by her parents, Benjamin and Ida Ruth Dupree, and her sister Dorothy Mae Dupree.
She is survived by her husband of 41 years, Jurden "Chick" Wooten Jr.; her only child, Peggy Ann Dupree of Kinston, N.C.; and Edward M. Wooten of Waldorf, Md., whom she loved like a son.
She was a loving wife and devoted mother.
For 46 years she faithfully served Almighty God, publicly demonstrating her faith for Jehovah God. In her heart she felt "for Jehovah I shall live and for Jehovah I shall die." That she did Oct. 22, 2010, at 4 a.m.
Mama, I love you.
Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 30, 2010, at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, N.C. 11 north in Kinston, N.C.
