WILSON -- Jimmy Rogers Strickland, 68, died Sunday.
Funeral will Tuesday at 6 p.m. at Wilson Memorial Service, 2811 Fieldstream Drive, followed by a time of visiting and sharing.
He was a retired Navy and Air Force veteran and had worked in the plastic industry.
Surviving are his wife, Juanita Smith Strickland, formerly of Pikeville; daughter, Tammy Weaver of Smithfield; grandson, Shaun Weaver; stepdaughter, Sheila Terry Horan of Wilson; stepson, Stephen Terry of California; and stepgrandson, Owen Horan
Memorials are suggested to the American Cancer Society, 1209 Peachtree Road NW, Wilson, N.C., 27896.
