WARSAW -- Hazel Moore Smith, 90, of 418 Perry Rivenbark Rd., died Wednesday at Kenansville Heatlh and Rehabilitation.
Born in Duplin County, she was the daughter of the late James T. and Maggie Moore.
Homegoing services will be held today at 2 p.m. at Hines Chapel FWB Church with Elder Braxton Frederick officiating. Burial will follow in Devotional Gardens.
Four children survive.
