Reginald “Pops” Slater, 77, 224-21 Merrick Blvd., Laurelton, N.Y., died Saturday in Kitty Askins Hospice Center.
Funeral will be Saturday at 2 p.m. at Tehillah Church Ministries.
He was born Dec. 23, 1938, to William Wallace and Jeanette Slater.
He is survived by six children.
Visitation Friday 2 to 6 p.m. at Haskins Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at 800 Lionel St., and will assemble at the church for the funeral procession.
