MARGARET S. ANDERSON

Margaret Josephine Sauls Anderson, 82, Goldsboro, passed away Monday evening at Kitty Askins Hospice Center surrounded by her family.
Margaret was born in Wayne County Feb. 11, 1934, to the late Wyatt C. Sauls and Eva West Sauls. She was married to the late David H. "Pete" Anderson Jr.
Margaret had worked as an administrative assistant with T.A. Loving Co. for many years.
She was a member of Grace Baptist Church.
Margaret was the kindest and most loving mother and grandmother and a great friend to everyone. She will be missed by all who were blessed enough to know her.
A service celebrating Margaret's life will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, Aug. 12, 2016, by the graveside at Willow Dale Cemetery, with the Rev. Jason Stoeber officiating.
The family will receive friends Thursday, Aug. 11, 2016, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Seymour Funeral Home and other times at her home.
Margaret is survived by her children, Sherry Anderson Bennett and husband, Robert, of Nolensville, Tenn., and Margaret Jan Anderson Settle and husband, Robert, of Goldsboro; sister, Patsy White of Goldsboro; brothers-in-law, Bud Best and Arnold Chestnut of Goldsboro; grandchildren, Dr. Jo Ellen Wilson, Eva Elliott, Sarah Carpenter and Christopher Monaco; and great-grandchildren, Caleb Wilson, Oliver Elliott and Hunter Wilson.
In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Cathy Jo Anderson, and sisters, Helen Van Benthuysen, Jewel Chestnut and Eva Best.
