Mrs. Daisy Lee Campbell Coley, 1301 Ninth St., died Friday, Aug. 5, 2016, at Kitty Askins Hospice Center of Goldsboro, N.C.
Funeral services will be held Friday, Aug. 12, 2016, at noon at Best Grove Missionary Baptist Church, 1065 Tommy’s Road, Goldsboro, with the Rev. Ralph Johnson officiating. Entombment will follow at Wayne Memorial Park Mausoleum, U.S. 117, Dudley.
The family will receive fraternal rites, public words of remembrance, friends and viewing at the church Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m.
She leaves fond memories to her devoted daughters, Helen C. Harris of Dudley, N.C., and Thelma Reid (Ernie) of Goldsboro, N.C.; stepson, Thomas Braswell of Willingboro, N.J.; eight grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; 13 great-great-grandchildren; and one sister, Izzie M. Cowdery of Durham, N.C.
At the request of the family, in lieu of floral arrangements, please make memorial donations to Best Grove Missionary Baptist Church.
Hamilton Funeral Chapel is serving the family.
