Fred Petteway, 85, 107 E. Payton Ave., Kinston, died Sunday at the North Carolina Veterans Home in Kinston.
Funeral will be today at 1:30 p.m. in Nannie D. Loftin Memorial Chapel at Loftin Memorial-J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home of Kinston.
He was born April 30, 1930, in Lenoir County to Fred Petteway Sr. and Minnie Rouse Petteway.
