Connie Jones Mixon, 91, 328 E. Maple St., Mount Olive, died Thursday at Genesis Health and Rehabilitation.
Funeral will be today at 2 p.m. at Winn Chapel Missionary Baptist Church, with the Rev. Merwyn Smith officiating. Burial will be in Carver Cemetery.
She was born in Wayne County Oct. 3, 1923, to Connie and Bertha Loftin Jones.
A daughter survives.
The family will receive friends at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Bernie Jones, 1522 Old Mount Olive Hwy., Dudley, where it will assemble at 1 p.m. for the funeral procession.
