Mahlon Eugene Parks, 64, 1293 Mark Edwards Road, died Monday at Kitty Askins Center.
Funeral will be Sunday at 6 p.m. at Hood Swamp Friends Church.
He was born in Wayne County July 6, 1949, to the late Mahlon M. and Irene Howell Parks. He was married to Connie Parks.
He is survived by a son and two daughters.
Visitation will be at the home of his daughter and son-in-law, Brittany Wiggins and Steven Jr., Friday from 7 to 9 p.m. at 116 Sunwalk Drive in Pikeville.
Arrangements are by Howell Funeral Home and Crematory.
