Retired U.S. Air Force Lt. Col. Thomas Richard Adams, 69, died Thursday at home.
Funeral services will be held Monday at 1 p.m. at Faith Presbyterian Church, 2114 N. Berkeley Blvd. The family will receive friends following the service. Burial with full military honors will be held Tuesday at 10 a.m. at Sandhills State Veterans Cemetery in Spring Lake.
Mr. Adams was born in Cleveland County May 5, 1943, to the late Leon Lovejoy and Alberta Patterson Adams.
He is survived by his wife, Ida K. Adams and four children.
The family is being served by Howell Funeral Home and Crematory in Goldsboro.
