MOUNT OLIVE -- Linda M. Oates, 46, 745 Hollingsworth Road, died Friday at Vidant Medical Center in Greenville.
Funeral will be Wednesday at 2 p.m. at Goshen Disciple Church of Christ in Faison, with pastor Donald Dewitt officiating. Burial will be in Hillside Cemetery in Newton Grove.
Born in Sampson County, she was the daughter of Harry Thomas Oates Sr. and Annie Warren Oates.
She is survived by two daughters.
Visitation will be today from 3 to 6 p.m. at Garris Funeral Home chapel.
The family will receive friends at the home.
