FREMONT -- Anna H. Grzybek, 55, passed away Tuesday at Kitty Askins Hospice Center.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday at 11 a.m. at St. Mary Catholic Church in Goldsboro.
Ms. Grzybek was born in Poland July 2, 1956, to Krystyna Grzybek and the late Waclaw Grzybek.
She was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church.
In addition to her mother, Krystyna Grzybek, she is survived by her son, Kristopher Wolff, and a daughter, Krystyna Grzybek of Fremont; three brothers, Teddy Grzybek of Goldsboro, Mark Grzybek of Fremont and Vicki Grzybek of Goldsboro and Jack Grzybek and wife, Kimberly, of New York.
She was preceded in death by a son, Joseph.
The family will receive friends Thursday from 6 to 8:30 p.m. at Shackleford-Howell Funeral Home in Fremont.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
