Ethel Brown, 93, 1604 Edgerton St., died Sunday at Kitty Hospice Center.
Funeral will be Saturday at 11 a.m. at Mount Carmel Free Will Baptist Church, with bishop Ronald Mayo officiating. Burial will be in Old Mill Cemetery.
She was born Sept. 30, 1918, in Wayne County to the late Cleveland and Viola Lewis Whitfield. She was married to the late Rastus Brown.
She is survived by two children.
Visitation will be Friday from 2 to 6 p.m. in Lander Coe Parlor of Haskins Funeral Home. At other times, the family be at the home, where it will assemble in preparation for the funeral procession.
