Ethel Brown, 93, 1604 Edgerton St., Goldsboro, died Sunday at Kitty Hospice Center.
She is survived by two daughters, Janet Brown of the home and Faye Hill and husband, Charles, of Goldsboro.
Funeral services will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. at Mount Carmel Free Will Baptist Church, with apostle Norbert Simmons officiating. Burial will follow in Old Mill Cemetery.
Visitation will be Friday from 2 to 6 p.m. in the Lander Coe Parlor of Haskins Funeral Home of Goldsboro.
Mrs. Brown will lie in state at the church one hour prior to the service.
The family will receive friends at the residence, where it will also assemble in preparation for the funeral procession.
