GREENSBORO -- Mr. William Marshall Price Jr., 80, Greensboro, passed away Nov. 19, 2011, at Moses Cone Hospital.
A celebration of life service will be held 6 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 22, at Cornerstone Baptist Church, 5736 Inman Road.
Mr. Price was a member of Cornerstone Baptist Church, where he was a church deacon, a member of the administrative council, a lay minister and a church greeter.
He was a graduate of Greensboro Senior High School, and served in the United States National Guard.
He is survived by his wife, Lula Price of the home; his two sons, William M. Price III (Leah) of High Point and Michael Scott Price (Joanna) of Greensboro; two adopted children, Breanna Price and Brandon Price both of Greensboro; and two granddaughters, Brianna and Brittany Price.
The family will receive friends in the family life center following the service.
Memorials may be made to Cornerstone Baptist Church.
