TEANECK, N.J. -- Mary Ellen Fennell departed this life Wednesday, April 27, 2011, at Holy Name Hospital in Teaneck, N.J.
A memorial service is planned to celebrate the life of Mary Ellen Fennell June 18, 2011, in Fort Lee, N.J.
Mary was one of five children born to the late James and Maude Fennell Sept. 5, 1934, in Goldsboro.
Mary was educated in Goldsboro City Schools, and graduated from Dillard High School in 1953.
Survivors include a sister, Ruth Fennell of New York; a brother, Carl Fennell of Dover, Del.; an aunt, Hattie Fennell Mitchell of Newark, N.J.; three sisters-in-law; two nieces; four nephews; cousins; other relatives; the Howard Kaplan family; and a very special and devoted friend, Carolyn Clavell.
