LLOYD FRANKLIN HOWELL

Lloyd Franklin Howell, 77, died Thursday morning at Kitty Askins Hospice Center.
Born in Wayne County, he was the son of the late Jarvis Benjamin and Anna Ham Howell. He was the husband of the late Minnie S. Howell.
A memorial service will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. at Shumate-Faulk Funeral Home chapel.
The family will receive friends immediately following the service.
Mr. Howell is survived by a stepdaughter, Rhonda Beasley; two stepgrandchildren, Chad Westbrook and Lisa Westbrook; two brothers, Floyd Howell and wife, Betty, and G. Norwood Howell and wife, Lowrise; and two sisters, Dot Howell Ham and Mattie H. Underwood.
Along with his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by two brothers, J.B. Howell and Bobby Howell.
