SMITHFIELD -- James Lloyd "Jay" Hinnant, 62, died Friday.
Funeral will be at 6 p.m. Wednesday in the chapel of Parrish Funeral Home, with the Rev. Floyd Turlington officiating.
He was born June 22, 1948, in Wilson County to the late Cleveland and Naomi Evans Hinnant. He was married to Mildred Ann Pender Hinnant.
He is survived by a daughter.
The family will receive friends following the service.
