MOUNT OLIVE -- William Earl McDaniel, 711 S. Chestnut St., died Friday at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
Funeral will be 2 p.m. Friday at Gospel Light United Holy Church, with the Rev. Dwight Morrisey officiating. Burial will be in Carver Cemetery.
He was born March 31, 1936, to the late Georgia Mae McDaniel and Leroy Bannerman. He was married to evangelist Dorothy McDaniel.
He is survived by nine children.
Visitation will be Thursday from 3 to 7 p.m. at Garris Funeral Home Chapel, and the family will be present from 6 to 7 p.m. to receive friends.
