Joseph F. Mancuso, 87, passed away Sunday, Oct. 10, 2010, at his home.
Joseph was born in Mount Morris, N.Y., Dec. 30, 1922, to the late Frank Mancuso and Helen Casetta Mancuso.
He served his country in the United States Air Force during World War II and the Korean War.
Joseph had also worked as a real estate agent for many years with Whis Realty Co.
He was a member of Berkeley Civitan Club.
A graveside service will be held Thursday at 11 a.m. at Raleigh National Cemetery with full military honors.
Joseph is survived by his wife, Evelyn Mancuso; his son, Mike Mancuso of Goldsboro; his brother, Frank Mancuso of Rochester, N.Y.; and his sister, Anne Andolino of Rochester, N.Y.
Flowers are welcome or memorials may be made to one's favorite charity.
The family will receive friends Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Seymour Funeral Home.
