ALBERTSON -- Reba Jean Outlaw Jones, 79, Outlaw's Bridge Road, died Saturday at Wayne Memorial Hospital.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday from Tyndall Funeral Home, with the Rev. Mark Hobbs officiating. Burial will follow at Daly's Chapel Church Cemetery in the Liddell community.

Mrs. Jones, a faithful member of Snow Hill Free Will Baptist Church, had been employed at the shirt factory in Kinston, had provided baby-sitting service and had been a homemaker, a loving wife, mother, grandma, sister, aunt and friend.

She is survived by her four children, Bruce Jones Jr. and wife, Sue, Dennis Jones and wife, Betsy, Barbara Jones Arnette and Edna Jones Bailey and husband, Wilber, all of Albertson; six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; a great-great-grandchild; a brother, Linwood "Skint" Outlaw and wife, Joyce, of Mount Olive; five sisters, Doris Gadberry of Midlothian, Va., Ernestine Hudson of Albertson, Joyce Hinson and Jo Ann Kornegay both of Mount Olive and Lila Mae Price of Surf City; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Bruce Jones; her parents, Lonnie and Alice Outlaw; and two sisters, Virginia McNaught and Mary Alice "Dick" Edwards.

The family will receive tonight from 7 to 9 p.m. in the chapel at Tyndall Funeral Home, and at other times at the home.
