MAJOR KORNEGAY

MAGNOLIA -- Major Kornegay, 94, 421 S. Monk St., died Saturday at Duplin General Hospital.
Funeral will be at 7 p.m. Tuesday at Tyndall Funeral Home in Mount Olive, with the Rev. Asa Lee officiating, followed by visitation. Burial will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Devotional Gardens of Warsaw.
Mr. Kornegay, son of the late Richard Allen and Sudie Taylor Kornegay, was the husband of the late Clara Mae Foss Kornegay.
Surviving are nine children.
