PIKEVILLE -- Helen Owens Tapp, 81, of 3291 Big Daddy's Road, died Wednesday at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
Funeral services will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. from the chapel of Shackleford-Howell Funeral Home in Fremont. The family will receive friends following the service and other times at the residence.
Mrs. Tapp was born on June 4, 1928 to the late Edgar Owens and Elizabeth Weaver Owens.
She is survived by her husband, Joseph Tapp; and four sons.
The family is being served by Shackleford-Howell Funeral Home, 102 North Pine Street in Fremont.
