Etta Mae Norman lost her battle with cancer on 2 p.m. Wednesday.
Etta Mae began her professional career at Goodyear, and then served as personnel director at Sears Roebuck and Co. for more than 30 years before her retirement in 1985.
She is survived by her husband of 63 years, Jim Norman; her children, Ron Norman and wife, Susan, and Margaret Norman Vap; and one grandchild, Elizabeth.
A memorial service will be held at Seymour Funeral Home on Sunday at 2 p.m. Dr. Robert Fulkerson of Madison Avenue Baptist Church will officiate the service. The family will greet friends following the memorial service at Seymour Funeral Home.
