Chargers compete in cross country meet

Jason Jones, Jackson Warren and DJ Waters finished third, fourth and fifth to give Wayne Country Day a second-place finish during Monday's meet.
Wilson Christian edged WCDS 9-12 after Drew Topoly and Zach Shirley finished first and second. Ridgecroft rounded out the field with 39 points.
Wilson Christian had the top eight finishers on the girls' side and won the meet with six points. WCDS, led by Margaret Tanner in ninth overall, had 32 points.
