David Allen Smith, 56, Pikeville, died Thursday at home.
Graveside service will be Sunday at 3 p.m. in Bartlett Cemetery, the family will greet friends following the service.
He was born April 11, 1962, in Wilson County to George Wade Smith and the late Ada Frances Wiggs Smith.
Arrangements are by Howell Funeral Home and Crematory.
