JUANITA "NITA" HARRIS JONES
Died Feb. 5, 2017
Mrs. Juanita "Nita" Harris Jones, 93, Dudley, passed away Sunday, Feb. 5, 2017, at Kitty Askins Hospice Center in Goldsboro.
A native of Washington County, Nita was a longtime resident of Craven County and past owner, with her husband, Durham E. Jones, of D.E. Jones Heating and Air Conditioning Co. for many years.
Nita was a member of Highland Park Christian Church, Craven County Chapter of No. 129, Order of the Eastern Star and Coastal Shrine No. 9, White Shrine of Jerusalem.
Sadly, her husband preceded her in death.
Graveside services for Nita will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 8, 2017, with the Rev. Frank Purvis officiating.
The family will receive friends following the service at Greenleaf Memorial Park.

Nita is survived by her daughter, Marilyn Jones Glover, and husband, Jeffery, of Dudley, N.C.; her sister, Betty H. Kramer of Springfield, Va.; and her two precious grandchildren, Michael Durham Edwards and Dakota Ann Glover.
