Ralph Silva, 76, Winston-Salem, died Thursday at Yadkin Nursing Care Center of Yadkinville.
Funeral will be Thursday at 1 p.m. at Galilee Missionary Baptist Church of Winston-Salem.
He was born in New York, N.Y., to Ralph Silva and Edith Richardson.
He is survived by three daughters.
Visitation will be at the church an hour prior to the service. At other times, the family will receive friends at the home.
Arrangements are by Haskins Funeral Home.
