Helen Holland Hooks, 82, Pikeville, passed away at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
She was the daughter of the late Rayford and Minnie Holland, and was the widow of Wayne D. Hooks.
Mrs. Holland was retired from Borden Manufacturing.
A graveside service will be held Sunday at 2 p.m. at Shumate-Faulk Funeral Home, with the Rev. Greg Stancil officiating.
Mrs. Hooks is survived by a daughter, Faye Nelson of Pikeville, and a grandson, John Allen Powell of Pikeville.
