Ophelia Peacock Smith, 92, Faison, died Saturday at Sampson Regional Medical Center.
Funeral will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at Goshen Disciples Church of Faison. Burial will be in Cobbs Cemetery.
She is survived by a son.
Visitation will be held at Worley Funeral Home Inc. of Clinton 3 to 7 tonight, with the family present 6 to 7.
