Phyllis Virginia Marshall, 73, Dunn, died Sunday at Duke Raleigh Hospital.
Graveside service will be Thursday at 1 p.m. at Wayne Memorial Park, with the Rev. Jeff Roberts officiating.
She was the daughter of the late Floyd and Frances Gregory, and wife of Ralph Marshall.
She is survived by a daughter.
Visitation will follow the service.
Arrangements are by Shumate-Faulk Funeral Home and Crematory.
