Mrs. Margaret Grantham Hubbard, 87, retired teacher, died Friday at UNC Wayne Health Care.
A service will be held Friday at noon at First African Baptist Church, 803 Harris St., Goldsboro, with Dr. Louis Leigh Jr. officiating.
Family will greet friends one hour prior to the service at 11 a.m. at the church.
Interment will follow at Wayne Memorial Park, U.S. 117 South, Dudley.
A public visitation will be held Thursday from 2 to 6 p.m.
Mrs. Hubbard was preceded in death by her husband, Earnest Hubbard.
She is survived by daughters, Michelle Hubbard Parson (Allen) and Sheri Hubbard; granddaughters, Jaide Parson and Jessica Parson; sister, Gloria Williams (the Rev. James); and sisters-in-law, Frances Grantham and Shirley Grantham.
Hamilton Funeral Chapel is serving the family.
