Martha Lee "Thang" White, 71, 1518 Ashland Drive, died Thursday at home.
Funeral will be Wednesday at 1 p.m. at Macedonia Holy Church, with the Rev. James A. Davis officiating. Burial will be in Stokes Cemetery.
She was born in Duplin County April 8, 1944, to Flldo Batts Sr. and Vernettie Jarrman Batts.
A son survives.
Vsitation will be tonight from 3 to 7 at Garris Funeral Home chapel. The family will receive friends at 176 Tarheel Estates Lane, Warsaw.
