Alton C. Crooms, 88, Jacksonville, died Sunday at Vidant Medical Center in Greenville.
Funeral will be at Rose Hill Funeral Home chapel in Rose Hill Friday at 1 p.m., with the Rev. Tommie Newkirk officiating. Burial will be at St. Lewis Church Cemetery in Chinquapin.
He was married to Olivia Crooms.
He is survived by a son.
Visitation will be tonight 6 to 7 at Rose Hill Funeral Home.
