Bessie Ashford Dobson, 93, 1100-A Price Drive, Greenville, died Wednesday at Genesis Health Care Center.
Funeral will be Sunday at 1 p.m. in Apostle D.L. McIntyre Memorial Chapel at McIntyre Funeral Home, with pastor Thelma Davis officiating. Interment will be in Carver Memorial Park Cemetery.
She was born in Sampson County Aug. 7, 1921, to the late Caldon Dobson and Charlie Dobson.
Visitation will be Saturday from 2 to 6 p.m. in Apostle D.L. McIntyre Memorial Chapel at McIntyre Funeral Home, with the family present from 5 to 6 p.m.
She is survived by a son and three daughters.
Sunday, the family will assemble at 11:50 a.m. at minister Mary Odessa Faison's home, 105 Andrew Circle, Mount Olive, for the funeral procession.
