ISAAC CLINTON SHEPHERD

Isaac Clinton Shepherd, 80, 715 Chestnut Circle, Goldsboro, succumbed to the silent halls of death Thursday at Kitty Askins Hospice Center in Goldsboro, N.C.
He was born July 31, 1934, to Thomas and Delores Taylor Shepherd in Wayne County, and is survived by his loving wife, Doris Suggs Shepherd of the home.
His life and service to God and mankind will be celebrated Tuesday at 11 a.m. at St. Mark Church of Christ (Disciples of Christ) Church, with Bishop Alton A. Smith officiating. His mortal remains will be laid to rest in Wayne Memorial Park.
Visitation Monday from 2 to 7 p.m., with family present to receive friends from 6 to 7 p.m., at Haskins Funeral Home. At other times, the family will receive friends at the residence, where it will assemble in preparation for the funeral procession.
In lieu of flowrs, make donations to Saint Mark Church education fund.
