Barbara Gillis Hodges, 72, Southern Pines, died Friday at FirstHealth Hospice House in Pinehurst.
Funeral will be today at 1 p.m. at Boles Funeral Home in Pinehurst, with the Rev. Dwight Creech officiating. Burial will be at Galatia Presbyterian Church Cemetery in Fayetteville.
She was born Jan. 4, 1942, in Moore County to the late David Black Sr. and Mary Elizabeth Cameron Gillis.
She is survived by two sons.
