MARY H. MOZINGO

Mary Alice Harrell Mozingo, 79, passed away Friday, May 16, 2014, at Wayne Memorial Hospital surrounded by her family.
Mary was born in Wayne County Oct. 5, 1934, to the late Aaron Harrell and Grace Tart Harrell. She was married to the late Edward Lloyd Mozingo.
Mary had worked as an attendant for several years with the Wayne County Landfill.
A graveside service will be Monday, May 19, 2014, at 1 p.m. at Willow Dale Cemetery.
The family will receive friends following the service.
Mary is survived by her son, Edward Scott Mozingo and wife, Meredith, of Goldsboro; daughter, Cheryl M. Dexter of Goldsboro; sister, Shelby H. Small of Goldsboro; and grandchildren, Nicky Dexter, Heather D. Arreaga and Tyler Mozingo.
In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Judy H. Pierson and Laura H. Summerell, and her brother, Alfred Dean Harrell.
Although flowers are welcome, the family suggests that contributions may be made to your favorite charity.
