PRENTICE L. LOFTON
NEWARK, N.J. -- Funeral service for Mr. Prentice L. Lofton, 69, 45 Schley St., Newark, N.J., is scheduled for Saturday, Aug. 24, 2013, at 2 p.m. at Jerusalem Free Will Baptist Church, 395 Jerusalem Church Road, Seven Springs, N.C. Elder Anthony Davis will officiate, and burial will follow in Jerusalem Church Cemetery.
Mr. Lofton leaves to cherish his memories his loving wife, Mary E. Lofton; a son, Darrell Kornegay; a grandson, Khaori Lofton; a sister, Annette Vaughter (Robert); two brothers, Herbert A. Lofton (Sharon) and Deleak Lofton; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law; and a host of other relatives and friends.
The public viewing will be at Jerusalem Free Will Baptist Church from 1 to 2 p.m. Saturday, with the service starting at 2 p.m.
