LaShonda Marie Pridgen, 25, 406 S. Pineview Ave., died Tuesday at home.
Funeral will be Saturday at 1 p.m. at St. Delight United Holy Church in Parkstown, with the Rev. Devin Pickett officiating.
She was born July 8, 1987, to John D. and Lydia Yvette Pridgen in Lenoir County.
She is survived by two children.
Visitation, with the family present, will be Friday from 6 to 7 p.m. at Haskins Funeral Home.
The family will receive friends at other times at 195 York Drive, where it will also assemble in preparation for the funeral procession.
