Carolyn Horn Nicholson, 52, 413A N. Carolina St., died June 12 at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
Memorial service will be Saturday at 2 p.m. at Elm Grove Church in Pikeville.
She was born Jan. 23, 1960, to Norman and the late Fannie Horn. She was married to Clarence Nicholson.
She is survived by three children.
E.M. Matthews Funeral Home and Cremation Inc. is handling the arrangements.
