SYLVESTER "DUSTY" ANTHONY RHODES

Sylvester "Dusty" Anthony Rhodes, 76, passed away Sunday, Feb. 19, 2012, at Kitty Askins Hospice Center.
Dusty was born in Nanicott, Pa., Jan. 15, 1936, to the late Handley Rhodes and Helen Kluss Rhodes.
He was a member of The Bridge (Whitley Church).
The family will receive friends Thursday, Feb. 23, 2012, from noon to 2 p.m. at Seymour Funeral Home, followed by a service in the chapel, with pastor Andy Stovall officiating. Inurnment will follow in Wayne Memorial Park.
Dusty is survived by his son, Philip Rhodes and wife, Sonya, of Rosewood; his daughters, Kimberly Lockhart and husband, Ken, of Pikeville and Cindy Rhodes of Pikeville; and his grandchildren, Brad Maston, Sarah Rhodes, P.J. Rhodes, Mary-Beth Rhodes, Hannah Rhodes and Karrigann Rhodes.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Marjorie "Pattie" Grice Rhodes; his sister, Rita Buckingham; his brother, Jim Rhodes; and his grandson, Zachary Rhodes.
