CLAYTON -- Brenda Jones Stolzenberg, 65, passed away Sunday, Dec. 25, 2011, at her home.
Brenda was born in Wayne County Oct. 24, 1946, to the Helen Rogers Ellis of Raleigh and the late Earl Jones.
She retired from the State of North Carolina after 24 years of service.
Brenda was a lady of incredible faith, and was a member of Friendly Pentecostal Free Will Baptist Church, where she enjoyed singing in the choir and on the praise team.
The family will receive friends Wednesday, Dec. 28, 2011, from 2 to 3 p.m. at Friendly Pentecostal Free Will Baptist Church, with funeral services following at 3 p.m. with the Rev. R. B. Parrish officiating. Interment will be in Raleigh Memorial Park.
In addition to her mother, Brenda is survived by her husband of 35 years, Eddie Stolzenberg; her daughters, Michelle S. Garrison of Raleigh and Charlene S. Ennemoser of Franklinton; her granddaughter, Gabrielle Louise Garrison; and her brother, Leslie Rogers Ellis of Raleigh.
Flowers are welcome or memorials may be made to Friendly Pentecostal Free Will Baptist Church at 11455 N.C. 50 North, Benson, N.C., 27504.
