RAY W. REMINGTON

Ray William Remington, 81, passed away Tuesday, Nov. 15, 2011, at Kitty Askins Hospice Center.
Ray was born in Flint, Mich., March 26, 1930, to the late Harold Remington and Augusta Wartella Remington.
He retired from the United States Air Force with the rank of master sergeant.
The family will receive friends Friday, Nov. 18, 2011, from 10 to 11 a.m. at Seymour Funeral Home, followed by a memorial service with full military honors at 11 a.m. in the chapel of Seymour Funeral Home, with the Rev. Mary Reese officiating.
Ray is survived by his wife, Carolyn Remington; his daughters, Brenda Remington Francisco of Enid, Okla., and Kathy Remington Nelson of Baldwin, Mich.; his grandchildren; great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. He is also survived by his sisters, Carole Seeber, Linda DeKorte and Donna Symons of Grand Rapids, Mich.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Vicki Marie Remington.
